Building your website.
PDF Print E-mail

At this point its often the client who is the slowest in the production line. The reason is content. A website needs a lot of content, the amount often surprises. We also need decisions on layout. We work on your site in a development area, so you can see the changes as they happen. You don't have to sit waiting for a call to see if changes have taken place, you can see the changes for yourself and give valuable feedback as the build takes place.

Perhaps you feel a different structure to the menu system would better reflect your customers needs. Softforge want you to be happy with the end product so regular feedback is encouraged.

It is at this point in the process that we need the client to give us as much written text and images as possible. The earlier you start to get articles drafted and pictures sourced the quicker we can build the site.

Now that we have a partially finished site you may realise that the image in your mind of how the site should look is different in reality and that a few changes would benefit all. That is not a problem with the flexible systems we use. As long as revisions are kept to a reasonable number we are happy to apply them.

If they become to many to often we will be open and explain the implications that could have on the origional build cost.

Also its often better to get the site up and running so that search engines can find it. This is a flexible medium and although we want the site to be mistake free, it will change over time and its often better to publish what you have than delay.
