Data Deletion Instructions – SoftForge App

1. Introduction

At SoftForge, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data collected by the SoftForge App.

This page explains how you can exercise that right.

2. What Data We Collect

When you use the SoftForge App with Facebook Login, we may collect the following information (only if provided and relevant to the app’s functionality):

  • Basic profile details (e.g., name, email address, profile picture)

  • Any information you voluntarily submit within the app (e.g., form data, preferences)

  • Technical usage data required for app functionality

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like your data deleted from our systems, you can request this in either of the following ways:

  1. Email Request
    Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, including the Facebook email or user ID associated with your account.

4. What Happens Next

Once we receive your request:

  • We will verify your identity to ensure the request is valid.

  • All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

  • Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
